Transcript: We had a lot of pressure to reel back the standards, to say 'let's take three years, five years, ten years, a hundred years before we're accountable for the needs of all students'. And what the Department has said today is that the two years that we have been operating under since this law was initially passed, that's still the standard. And we're not backing away from that.
