Central African Republic Global Peace Agreement
(June 23): The U.S. congratulates President of the Central African Republic François Bozizé, Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations François Fall, and the signatory parties to the Inter-Central African Global Peace Agreement signed on June 21 in Libreville, Gabon, under the auspices of President of Gabon El Hadj Omar Bongo Ondimba. Additional U.S. Contribution to Refugees and Conflict Victims in the World
(Jan. 31): The U.S. Emergency Relief and Migration Assistance (ERMA) Fund is a no-year appropriation that is drawn upon to meet unanticipated refugee and migration emergency needs whenever the President determines that it is important to the national interest to do so.
