Regulations.gov is the online source for all documents concerning APHIS regulatory development (rulemaking). These include documents published in the Federal Register, such as a proposed rule followed by a final rule, or an interim rule followed by an affirmation, and public comments received on these documents. During the period such documents are open for public comment, Regulations.gov accepts electronic comment submissions. Regulations.gov also includes documents such as notices, supporting materials, and significant guidance documents. To view an APHIS regulation, or to view its supporting materials and comments associated with it, go to http://wwww.regulations.gov/fdmspublic/component/main?main=DocketDetail&d-APHIS-200X-XXX, where APHIS-200X-XXXX is the docket number for the document. The docket number is located in parentheses near the top of all APHIS documents published in the Federal Register. The rule, along with comments and supporting and related materials, may also be accessed by typing the docket number in the "Search" field on the Regulations.gov homepage. The Federal Register Main Page on GPO Access contains Federal Register volumes from 59 (1994) to the present. Related links:
