Soil Water Content Sensor email discussion group (SoWaCS). The list covers discussion and news on all manner of soil water content (and suction)
sensing technology. From TDR to tensiometers and all points in between. Other 'water potential-related technologies' are bound to be covered sooner or later.
Neutron probes are another soon-to-be discussed candidate.
