Welcome to the Tillamook Estuaries Partnership!

The TEP is part of the National Estuary Project - a program created through the Clean Water Act.  The Tillamook Bay was designated as one of only 28 bays in the nation as an `Estuary of National Significance` and we have been working since then to restore and conserve the quality of the Bay.

In 2002, we decided to take it one step further and help all 5 estuaries (and their watersheds) within Tillamook County.  Read more about the projects we are implementing with our local, state, and federal partners to protect and restore the bays and watersheds, our outstanding educational opportunities, and learn what you can do to help!
