You may be eligible for a free women's health exam with Pap test and colorectal screening. Call 1-800-756-5437 to see if you qualify for a free health exam and mammogram.
For Women Who:
- Are age 40 to 64
- Have limited income
- Have no insurance or limited insurance that may not cover the full cost of a mammogram or pap exam
- Live in Clallam, Jefferson, King, or Kitsap County

Breast cancer screening guidelines |
AGES 40-49:
- Mammogram every 1 or 2 years
- Clinical breast exam every year
- Breast self-exam every month
AGES 50-plus:
- Mammogram every year
- Clinical breast exam every year
- Breast self-exam every month
Cervical cancer screening guidelines |
Colorectal cancer screening guidelines |
Ages 50-plus at average risk should have one of the following:
- A fecal occult blood test (FOBT) or fecal immunochemical test (FIT) every year
- A flexible sigmoidoscopy every 5 years
- Annual FOBT (or FIT) and flexible sigmoidoscopy every 5 years
- A double-constrast barium enema every 5 years
- A colonoscopy every 10 years
