| Sex Offender Treatment Board |
|
The Sex Offender Treatment Board (SOTB) consists of seven members appointed by the Governor and subject to confirmation by the Oregon Senate. Of the members appointed to the Board:
The term of office of each member is three years, but a member serves at the pleasure of the Governor. Vacancies shall be filled by the Governor by appointment for the unexpired term. A member shall hold the position until the appointment and qualification of a successor. Members are eligible for reappointment.

The Oregon Health Licensing Agency (OHLA) is a state consumer and public protection agency overseeing regulation of multiple health and related professions. The 70th Oregon Legislative Assembly established OHLA in 1999.
Unique in structure compared to other state professional licensing and regulatory bodies, OHLA incorporates a central agency model and director rather than a single board of directors from one profession.
