Overview

Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) performs technology research, development, and demonstration (RD&D) in partnership with U.S. industry and universities in support of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Electricity Delivery & Energy Reliability (OE) mission to modernize the electric grid, enhance the security and reliability of the energy infrastructure, and facilitate recovery from disruptions to the energy supply.
