A Report Detailing the Comprehensive Review of the Division of Consumer Advocacy, Pursuant to Act 143, Session Laws of Hawaii 2006

In Act 143, Session Laws of Hawaii 2006 (“Act 143”), the Legislature requested that the Division of Consumer Advocacy conduct an in-depth review of its organization to develop a new and comprehensive plan to restructure and supplement its resources to allow the Division to function more efficiently and effectively.
