2008 Report to the Legislature Relating to the Emergency Appropriation to investigate the major power outages that occurred on October 15, 2006, on the islands of Oahu, Maui and Hawaii
In Act 068, Sessions Laws of Hawaii 2007 ("Act 068"), the Legislature appropriated $100,000 to the Division of Consumer Advocacy to investigate the power outages that occurred during and after the earthquake on the islands of O‘ahu, Maui, and Hawai‘i on October 15, 2006.
