Signatures
WWW pages should have `signatures', so that users know where to send
their comments. In fact, it is a good idea to ask explicitly for
the user's suggestions, comments, criticisms, etc.
A signature usually appears at the bottom of every page, with a
typical signature being the creator's name, followed by their
e-mail address,
(e.g. karen.smale@gsfc.nasa.gov)
and phone number. The creator's name even can be a link to
a biography, where he or she can include additional contact
information and professional background information.
