Absentee voters that update their voter registration address should also update their absentee ballot mailing address with any one of the application forms below.

PERMANENT ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATION


Permanent absentee voting is available for registered voters desiring to vote-by-mail each election without having to re-apply each year.

Permanent absentee voters will continue to receive a vote-by-mail ballot if the voter informs the Elections Division of all address updates and continues to vote every election year.

"ONE TIME" ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATION


Any registered vote voter may vote by absentee ballot.

Use this form if you need an absentee ballot only for the 2014 elections.

If you cannot vote at your polling place for any reason, or you will be absent from the State of Hawaii on election day, you may vote using an absentee ballot.
