The Building Codes Division provides information to local jurisdictions that administer a building inspection program.

ATTENTION:
The division received application from Wallowa County for assumption of the Building Inspection Program. Please note that the moratorium on new assumptions in 455.148, does not apply to municipalities requesting to assume a program currently administered by the state.

Change Jurisdiction Information Online
The BCD website recently incorporated an online form for submitting jurisdictional changes. These can include Building Official changes, address changes, etc. This form is a fast, easy way for the jurisdictions to keep us informed. We highly encourage you to use the form whenever possible.

These businesses are certified to provide third party services. This list is not an endorsement. Individuals employed by these businesses must also hold appropriate individual certification for the scope of work performed. Jurisdictions using third party providers should verify they are properly insured.
