Abstract	The Programs and Services Division in the Bureau of Municipal Services provides oversight and support for a variety of programs and technical assistance designed to aid local governments in managing their local transportation system. The Highway Transfer Program (Turnback Program), New Products Evaluation Program for Municipal Government, Dirt & Gravel Roads Program, and the Road and Bridge Safety Award Program are primary examples of the initiatives currently within this Division's responsibility. Each of these programs requires close coordination with internal and external customers to ensure effective communication of program requirements.
