Abstract	The primary purpose of this survey is to identify the needs of transportation professionals for information about benefits and disbenefits of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)/telematics products and services. An additional purpose of this survey is to obtain information about known benefits of ITS/telematics that are not currently in the benefits database. Participation in this survey will aid in the planning of future evaluations and enhance the contents of the ITS Benefits Database.
