Abstract The Maryland Department of Transportations (MDOT) Consolidated Transportation Program (CTP) is a compilation of all transportation projects currently funded for construction or development and. These projects are funded utilizing the financial resources of the States Transportation Trust Fund. The Transportation Trust Fund is used to pay for State capital transportation projects throughout Maryland. The Fund is fueled by revenues from State vehicle titling and registration fees, gas taxes, a portion of the corporate income tax, and federal funds. This website provides access to the last two CTP reports and points of contact.
