Abstract	The Right-of-Way Office is responsible for acquiring right of ways and property management. The website explains how right of way land is acquired. The office is also responsible for selling property no longer required by the state. The property is of two types: structures on state land that must be moved and land that is no longer needed. The site lists the property for sale and explains the bidding process. The office works with local public agencies (LPAs) in the acquiring and managing property at the local level; a manual for procedures is available under the Information link. The rights of private property owners is also detailed on one page. A wide range of brochures, manuals, CADD files and public meeting listings is available from the Information link.
