Abstract	The Statewide Transportation Planning (STP) Office is responsible for establishing a comprehensive, multi-modal statewide transportation planning process; for developing a balanced, multi-modal statewide transportation plan; and for providing technical assistance to the counties in fulfilling their respective roles in the process. Through this website the visitor can access the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), the Statewide Transportation Plan and the Joint State/County Maui Interim Transportation Plan.
