Abstract	The mission of the Kentucky Transportation Center (KTC) is to provide service to the transportation community through research, technology transfer, and education. The KTC works closely with the Kentuckys Transportation Cabinet as well as other state agencies. Research is divided into construction management, geotechnology, pavement & materials, structures, traffic & safety, environmental analysis, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS); policy & systems analysis, and technology transfer. The user can access through this site information on current research, research reports, and technology transfer publications including the latest issue of The Link, a technology transfer newsletter for local transportation agencies.
