Utilities and Parks Committee

The Council's Utilities and Parks Committee considers and makes recommendations on policies and programs relating to parks and open space, recreation programs, regional trails, and cultural resources. It also oversees utility services including wastewater treatment and water quality and quantity, solid waste management, recycling services, utility annexations, utility comprehensive plans and franchises, and cable communications and telecommunications issues.
