3.0 has not been officially released, but a beta version is available
for testing purposes only. Please continue to use Consume 2.1 for
fuel consumption and emissions calculations. The final release date
for Consume 3.0 is expected to be in November 2006. If your computer does not have Microsoft .NET Framework already installed, you must also install these files (see Installation Instructions). Microsoft
