The Minerals Management Service Personnel Office is responsible for providing personnel support to the Office of the Special Trustee, including the processing of job applications and administering the applicant rating process. The address for that office is: Office of the Special Trustee VERIFICATION OF INDIAN PREFERENCE FOR EMPLOYMENTProspective applicants for any announced positions should read the entire announcement to determine the requirements for the position. To be considered eligible for Indian Preference, proof of membership, descendancy or degree of Indian ancestry must be submitted with a person's application for employment.
