Oregon Immunization ALERTOregon Immunization ALERT.

"It is critical that all Oregon providers who immunize children participate in Oregon Immunization ALERT."

- Former Governor John Kitzhaber

ALERT is a statewide immunization information system, which was developed to achieve complete and timely immunization of all children. A major barrier to maintaining a high immunization rate is the difficulty of keeping immunization records accurate and up-to-date. ALERT helps solve this problem by collecting immunization data from public and private health care providers and linking the records. Authorized users can access immunization information in ALERT via the online ALERT Registry, or through a toll free customer service line at 800-980-9431.
