2006
DOE Report to the EPA on the Renewable Fuel Program, February 2006. Under the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPACT 2005), the Department of Energy is required to conduct a study for the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. This study is to assess whether the renewable fuel program, as specified in Section 1501 of EPACT 2005, will likely result in significant adverse impact on consumers in 2006 on a national, regional, or State basis.
