Issue date: 30Nov2001
CASE NO: 1999-CAA-00002
IN THE MATTER OF
SHARYN ERICKSON,
v.
U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY,
CASE NOS. 2001-CAA-00008 AND 2001-CAA-00013 AND 2002-CAA-00003 On July 10, 2001, I consolidated Case Nos. 2001-CAA-00008 and 2001-CAA-00013. On September 19, 2001, Judge Thomas M. Burke, consolidated Case No. 1999-CAA-00002 with Case Nos. 2001-CAA-00008 and 2001-CAA-00013. Thereafter, on October 9, 2001, Complainant filed another complaint in 2002-CAA-00003, alleging that Respondent without Complainant's permission or knowledge, examined, copied, and removed contents of boxes of documents from her office, thereby engaging in illegal surveillance of Complainant. Inasmuch as the most recent allegation in Case No. 2002-CAA-00003 is similar to those already contained in the previously consolidated complaints, the complaint in Case No. 2002-CAA-00003 is hereby consolidated with Case Nos. 1999-CAA-00002 , 2001-CAA-00008, 2001-CAA-00013, which are presently set for hearing on February 4, 2002, in Atlanta, Georgia.
