Introduction |
|
DMV requires that certain physicians and health care providers report drivers with severe functional or cognitive impairments that cannot be corrected or controlled by surgery, medication, therapy or a driving device or technique.
This section of Oregon DMV's web site is designed to aid medical professionals in understanding their mandatory report responsibilities related to the Medically At-Risk Driver Program. The table of contents can be seen to the left.
If you are looking for answers to the types of questions that the public (non-medical professionals) might have about the program, we've created a separate page for you.
