The Oregon Immunization Program is interested in exploring the feasibility and effectiveness of school-based FluMist clinics.

Goals:
  • Identify best practices and barriers to the successful administration of vaccinations in elementary schools
  • Develop practical tools designed to help schools, local health departments, and parents make decisions about vaccinations
  • Support local efforts to use the tools in a range of setting over a two-year period in order to evaluate effectiveness and public acceptance.
