January 19, 2000 OSM AWARDS OKLAHOMA $937,715 TO ASSIST IN REGULATING SURFACE EFFECTS OF COAL MINING The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) has awarded Oklahoma a $937,715 grant to help the state regulate the surface effects of coal mining.
