Prosser Offices
Prosser is the County seat for Benton County. The Courthouse, built in 1926, is located at 620 Market Street, and contains offices for the Auditor, Treasurer, Public Works and Road Department, Central Services, Assessor, Clerk, District Court, Geographic Information Systems, Sheriff´s substation, and the County Commissioners Administrative offices.

The Planning Department Annex is across the street from the Courthouse, at 1002 Dudley Avenue. The WSU Extension of Benton County is located at 1121 Dudley.

The County Noxious Weed office is at 1215 Dudley and the Prosser Road Maintenance Shop is at 14303 N Hinzerling Road.

Kennewick Offices 
The Benton County Annex is located at 5600 W Canal Place in Kennewick, and contains annex offices for the Auditor, Assessor, Building Department, Treasurer, and WSU Extension of Benton County Agent. The Juvenile Justice Center is also located at the County Annex.

The Benton County Justice Center is located in Kennewick at
7122 W Okanogan Place and contains offices for Superior Court, District Court, Central Services, Coroner, Clerk, Facilities & Parks, Sheriff, Personnel Resources, Prosecuting Attorney, Sustainable Development, and the Civil Service Commission. The Benton County Jail is also located at the Justice Center. 

The Benton County Human Services office is at 2624 W Kennewick Avenue, the Crisis Response/Assessment Center is at  2635 W Deschutes Avenue, and the Kennewick Road Maintenance Shop is at 1709 S Ely Street.

The Benton County Fairground is located at 1500 S Oak Street.

Richland Offices
The new Auditor's Office is located in the Fred Meyer Plaza, 101 Wellsian Way Suite E.
