Nantucket Temporary Housing
Location: Loran Station,
Siasconset Beach, Nantucket, MA.
Season of Operation: Year round.
Description: 3-bedroom, 2-bath
ranch style house.
Facilities: Beach within walking
distance; no lifeguard is provided.
Activities: Swimming, biking,
beach combing, and sightseeing.
General Information: Ranch style house with 3-bedrooms and 2 full baths. Maximum occupancy is 10. Living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, chair, 19” TV, and VCR. The kitchen has a table and chairs and all major appliances including, microwave, coffeemaker, washer, and dryer.
Reservations: Eligibility is in accordance with Chapter 3 of the MWR Manual. Click here to obtain further information on the rental policy and the reservation form to send in (may not be submitted on line). Applications for reservations will be accepted by fax, (508) 968-6637, or sent with payment to the address below. To obtain a reservation form or information on the facilities and availability, call (508) 968-6461. The reservation form obtained from the Wings Inn Office located on Air Station Cape Cod will be the only reservation form that will be accepted. Fees will be paid at the time the reservation application is made. All payments will be made by credit card, check, or money order payable to: USCG Air Station Cape Cod MWR.

Reservations will be confirmed by a confirmation letter with the approved dates shown, a check-in package, and any credits due.

Transportation: Since it is very
difficult to make reservations for your vehicle on the island ferries, it is
advised that you make these reservations as soon as possible once your
reservation is confirmed. The ferry telephone number is (508) 477-8600.
MWR is not responsible for transportation on or off the island.
