Effective November 16, 2007, all collection agencies assigned to the Seattle Courthouse location for filing purposes, are required to separate new Summons & Complaints and place them in the designated location in E-327. We are pleased to announce the creation of a Civil Central Processing Unit for case initiation which should reduce the time between filing and the return of your conformed copies.
