The following sections outline the terms and conditions under which you may use the Online Materials Exchange Web site. It is important to note that the goal of the Online Materials Exchange is to keep relatively inexpensive, re-usable items out of the waste stream. The focus of the Online Materials Exchange is waste reduction; not financial gain by registered site users.

Listing Policy

General guidelines for placing listings, as well as how we handle listing violations when they are discovered.

Prohibited Items Policy

A non-exhaustive list of items which might be deemed harmful, offensive, or illegal. Listings which contain any of these items will be deleted from the site upon discovery.

Privacy Policy

Several steps are taken to ensure that a user cannot be unknowingly signed up for a service that he or she does not wish to receive.
