Non-Profit Pricing
All groups or persons renting the KiMo will be charged Fees for all uses according to the rates listed below.
All fees are subject to periodic review and change by the City of Albuquerque.
Renters are responsible for providing all their own labor and technical personnel.
The Performance fee is charged each time a new audience enters the Facility or each 4 hours.
Billed rental time includes all times that your staff or crew are here for your event, from the arrival of the first person until the last person leaves.
