Ratliff Receives 15 Years of Service Award

Kathy Ratliff of Knightstown Indiana received her 15 year Length of Service award on October 4, 2007.  Kathy has been an excellent precipitation and snow observer and one of the first to join in by web reporting in WxCoder. The award was presented by DAPM Mike Shartran and Meteorologist Intern Ashley Brooks from WFO Indianapolis.
