Crime Victim Registration and Notification
If you are the victim of a crime committed by an inmate in the custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections, you can register with the Oregon Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision to be notified by mail of any Board hearings or releases of that inmate.

To register, we need your name, current mailing address, and identifying information for the inmate (full legal name and date of birth or State Identification Number (SID)). If you do not have that information, please contact the Board at (503) 945-9009.

  • To register with the Board by e-mail, please click here.
  • To register by phone, please call (503) 945-0907.
  • To register by mail, write to:

Note:
  • Your registration is not active until you receive confirmation from the Board.
