Overview

The User Support Department provides:

• A  single point of contact for customers who require assistance from the IT division
• A central help desk for problem tracking and resolution
• Installation, administration and consulting support for customer owned  Mac, Windows and UNIX/Linux desktops and servers
• Institutionally provided Network File, Print, and Workstation Administration Services
