General Information
The State Surplus Warehouse is not open on a daily basis to the general public. However, auctions to purchase surplus property by bid are open to the general public and held throughout the year. Upcoming auction dates are listed below. Separate auctions are held for personal property and vehicles. Property auctions are held on Wednesdays, with viewing of property available to the general public 2 days prior to the auction from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Vehicle auctions are held on Saturdays, with viewing of the vehicles available the day of the auction.

Local government and not-for-profit organizations who desire to establish accounts to purchase surplus State property may do so by completing the attached Application to Purchase [PDF, 15KB] and returning to the address below.
