Online Submission of Trouble Ticket

The Helpdesk provides front-end customer support and technical services for the UIS department from 7:00am until 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
 
Support requests can be submitted to the UIS Helpdesk via email, online, telephone and walk-in. When submitting a work request, a trouble ticket is logged into the database and immediately routed to the appropriate UIS Branch for processing. Upon receipt of work requests, the Helpdesk technicians will give you a ticket number for your work order. If you'd like to status a trouble call, please refer to this ticket number.
