Rawley Point Cottage
Location: Point Beach State Park, WI. Located about 4 miles northeast of Two Rivers, WI.
Season of Operation: Year round.
Description: Beautiful townhouse adjacent to lighthouse overlooking Lake Michigan.
Facilities: 2 separate rental units (upper and lower) in a townhouse. The same family may not rent both units simultaneously.
Activities: Picnic area, sandy beach, biking trails, cross country skiing trails, and snowmobile trails. Boating, fishing, biking, hiking, shopping, skiing, and deer hunting (in season) are popular activities.
Recreation Equipment Available: None.
General Information: Unit has a queen size bed, 4 twin size bunk beds, and a queen size sleeper sofa, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, stove/oven, DVD/VCR player, and TV. Dishes, glasses, cooking/eating utensils, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, pillows and blankets are provided. Each unit can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons. Failure to comply with the maximum occupancy rule will result in removal from the premises and forfeiture of rental fees. Patrons should bring: Bed linens, towels, wash cloths, all paper products, toiletries, dish towels, and food. Pets are allowed, but must be kept on leash and under control at all times. Owners must clean up after pets daily. Smoking inside the building is prohibited. The eligible patron must be present during the entire reservation period. Cottage is heated but does not have a fireplace.
Reservations: Reservations are required and must be made by telephone, Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM central standard time. Please call (414) 747-7185 for reservations or more information. Once a reservation is booked, you will receive a confirmation letter. Please note, and adhere to, the payment deadline and all other policy in this letter. Minimum stay is 2 nights; maximum stay is 7 nights. Advance payment is required 7 working days prior to the reservation. Cancellations are required 7 working days prior to check-in date to obtain full refund. If reservation cannot be used, it must be canceled; reservations are non-transferable. Cottages must be thoroughly cleaned before departure; cleaning supplies are furnished.

Driving Instructions: Heading north on I-43, take exit 42/10 north. Proceed 7 miles and turn right on 17th Street. Cross over draw bridge and turn right on East Street for 4 blocks to CG Station Two Rivers to pick-up keys. From CG Station proceed on East Street to 22nd Street, turn right onto Hwy 42 for 4 blocks. Go straight onto County Road "O." Proceed 4 miles to Point Beach State Park entrance. If a Park Ranger is there, tell him you are going to the CG lighthouse. Proceed past gate and turn right into the lighthouse parking lot.
