Child Health Clinic

Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN)
Provides linkage and coordination of services to all children with special needs and provides limited direct medical services, equipment and supplies to those families that meet financial and other program eligibility requirements. |

Residents and faculty from Swedish Family Practice Residency program and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners provide primary health care for adults and families at Downtown Public Health Center.

Infant Case Management/Maternity Support Services
Provides initial maternity screening and referral with medical care, education, counseling, nutrition, transportation, assistance with medical coupons and child care vouchers.

Maternal and Infant Services
Prenatal medical care by a physician, Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife (services at each Public Health Center vary, call Columbia Health Center to inquire about this particular service.)

Teen Health
