Learning the Baldrige Criteria Workshop

This workshop Introduces the elements of the Baldrige Framework and centers on the seven categories of best practices upon which the system is based: Leadership; Strategic Planning; Customer Focus; Measurement, Analysis, & Knowledge Management; Workforce Focus; Process Management; and Results. Attendees will understand how linking vision/mission, strategies, measures, and processes enable their organization to improve communication, productivity, and overall effectiveness in performance. This workshop is highly recommended for organizations new to the Criteria, those considering writing an application to the awards program, and examiners.
