This three hour intensive class provides participants with detailed practical experience learning about nutrition specific to fertility for women and men with a focus on traditional Chinese medical principles. Two hours will be dedicated to learning and practicing yoga, visualizations, qigong and meditative techniques that promote healing to the reproductive system. Participants will take home handouts and a CD so they may build their own practice at home.
Instructors: Susan Moore, MAc, LAc, over 10 years of experience in acupuncture, specializes in women's and children’s health. Eva Pannabecker, LAc, a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, has been in practice for 10 years. She specializes in treating women's health and infertility.
