The Problem -- Population Growth

Growth problem

  • As the region grows, we will need more capacity in the sewage treatment system. New connections to the sewer system include new construction of homes and businesses as well as existing homes that move off of septic systems.

  • To protect public health and the environment we must plan and build new facilities before they are needed.
