Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is provided by the county as a FREE service to all county employees, regardless of benefit eligibility or career status. EAP offers services to employees and managers. They will talk to you about the problem and help you find a solution.

King County’s Making Life Easier Program:
- Free, confidential assistance for resolving home and life issues

Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
This program provides mediation and other forms of dispute resolution services. Examples include: claims of discrimination or harassment, employee-employee relationships, employee-supervisor relationships and work team conflicts.
