To obtain either of the two NASA Thesaurus Data File products, you must:
- Complete and sign the Terms
and Conditions of Use agreement
- Complete the STI Order
Form
- Mail or fax both pages to the NASA Center for AeroSpace Information
Terms and Conditions of Use for NASA Thesaurus Data File
Products
- NASA does not grant exclusive use rights with respect to this product or
the data contained therein.
- This product and the data contained therein are intended for the sole use
of the customer or site-specific use by the customer's organization. The
data may not be installed on any system with public Internet access. The
customer may not reproduce the data for distribution to any third party.
Additional requests should be directed to the NASA Center for AeroSpace Information
(help@sti.nasa.gov).
- The sale of this product shall not be construed to constitute the grant
of exclusive rights in the data contained therein or any form of license
to the customer under a NASA or Government patent, patent application, or
invention.
- NASA must be identified as the source of the data; and if any modification
of the content of the files is made by the customer or customer's organization,
a statement must be added to the file acknowledging that modifications were
made, identifying customer or customer's organization as originator of the
modifications, and including the date of the modifications and a general
description of the modifications.
- The customer will not assert any proprietary rights to any portion of the
data, or attribute the data to any source other than NASA.
- With respect to data contained in this product, neither the U.S. Government,
NASA, nor any of its employees or contractors make any representations or
warranties, express, implied, or statutory, as to the validity, accuracy,
completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose; nor assume any liability
resulting from the use of such data and shall in no way be liable for any
costs, expenses, claims, or demands arising out of the use of such data.
