This section "Agency Plans and Reports" details how and what OFHEO is doing.
OFHEO sets its long-term strategic goals in the agency’s five-year strategic plan. OFHEO establishes its annual goals and performance measures in an annual performance plan, published in the agency’s performance budget. Throughout the year OFHEO monitors its progress toward achieving these goals and publishes an annual Performance and Accountability Report (PAR) each November summarizing its performance results and reporting the agency’s financial statements. These plans and reports can be found in this section.
The Office of Management and Budget rates OFHEO’s performance through its Performance Assessment Rating Tool (PART). OFHEO also strives for continual performance improvement and has outlined specific actions to take in its Performance Improvement Plan.
As a federal agency, OFHEO reports publicly on various administrative activities and compliance with various legal requirements. These reports, such as the No Fear Act data, FAIR Act reports, Employee Survey results, and Buy American reports can be found in this section. They are also available through OFHEO’s Electronic Reading Room.
Finally, OFHEO issues public reports on various aspects of its supervision of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. OFHEO’s annual Report to Congress provides the findings of OFHEO’s annual examinations of the Enterprises. Those reports can also be found in the Supervision & Regulations section of our Web site.
