Transportation
School Bus Unloading & Loading
The KiMo Theatre is on the northeast corner of 5th. Street and Central Ave.
Traffic on Central from 1st. to 5th. Streets is usually quite congested. It is generally easiest to approach the theater from the South -
- I-25 to Lead, west to 5th. Street then north to Central ...
or from the North -
- I-40 to 6th. Street, south to Central, east to 5th. St.
and use the sidewalk area directly on the west side of the KiMo for unloading & loading.
There is usually someone in front of the building directing bus drivers to the drop-off area.
There are no parking places here for buses. They will have to leave and return just before the end of the show to pick you up. Confirm the show length with the person taking your admission reservations.
After the show, school/class groups will usually be dismissed from the auditorium in the order that their bus arrives at the 'loading' zone.
