1 Report on Proposed Amended Rule 1108 - Cutback Asphalt (10 mins.)
The technical assessment indicated that no additional VOC emission reductions would be achieved by implementing AQMP Control Measure FUG-03.  Therefore, staff is not recommending an amendment to Rule 1108.

2 Rule 1302 - Definitions, Rule 1303 - Requirements, Rule 1701 - General, Rule 1702 - Definitions and Rule 1703 - PSD Analysis (10 mins.)
The purpose of the proposed amendments is to harmonize the Best Available Control Technology requirements for attainment and non-attainment pollutants for both New Source Review and Prevention of Significant Deterioration programs, and to clarify that facilities that are in compliance or on an approved schedule for compliance with all applicable District Rules and Regulations may be issued permits in accordance with Regulation XIII.

3 Status Update on AirLogix LNG-Fired IC Engine and its Potential use at the Ports for Cold Ironing (10 mins.)
This item was requested by Mayor Yates in order to provide a background on the AirLogix's LNG-Fired IC Engines proposed to be used at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach to supply power to ships while at berth.

Public Comment Period
Members of the public may address this body concerning any agenda item before or during consideration of that item (Govt. Code Section 54954.3(a)). All agendas for regular meetings are posted at District Headquarters, 21865 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, California, at least 72 hours in advance of a regular meeting. At the end of the regular meeting agenda, an opportunity is also provided for the public to speak on any subject within  Stationary Source Committee's authority. Speakers may be limited to three (3) minutes each.

Document Availability
All documents (i) constituting non-exempt public records, (ii) relating to an item on an agenda for a regular meeting, and (iii) having been distributed to at least a majority of the Committee after the agenda is posted, are available prior to the meeting for public review at the South Coast Air Quality Management District, Public Information Center, 21865 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, CA 91765.
