Newport RI, September 4, 2008. YNCS Sean McDonald was recognized as the Peter Tomich Distinguished Graduate from Class 140 of the U. S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy. Senior Chief McDonald is the first Coastguardsman to earn this honor.
