The Headquarters Employee/Labor Management Relations Services Team supports all Headquarters organizations and employees by providing information, advice and assistance on leave and attendance programs, transit subsidy, performance management, and discipline. We assist management in fulfilling its collective bargaining obligations; provide assistance in matters related to the on-going employment of individuals with disabilities; provide interpreter services for the deaf and hard of hearing; and provide the full range of Employee Assistance Services for any employee or employee's family member experiencing personal problems that are affecting the employees ability to perform his/her job.
